Hasn’t “spring break” been abolished yet?
I am going into a week where I will not be able to do anything, get anything completed or for all intents and purposes enjoy one iota of my life. YES, spring break is upon us once again!
You know what that means too don’t you…school will be out soon. The most dreaded time of the year for stay at home parents around the world…but I digress. I have z-e-r-o solid plans for the next week. Why you ask? I have 4 kids. It’s a lot of whiny testosterone to drag around the city all at once people. Really. The world needs small doses. Truly.
So here is to all you moms and dads that get to “enjoy” having all their school aged and younger kids home all at the same time! I might have to take up drinking after all.

PS: for those of you without a sense of humor, the post-note should read that I DO in fact love my children and I am certain they won’t spend too much time locked in the dungeon this week.
